There are 2 pressure points that are said to stimulate contractions. They are located on your hand between the thumb and the index finger and above the inner side of the ankle bone. She said to only do this when im getting the contractions if not then not to do it. Its supose to help open you up more and that obviously makes you have them stronger at the end.
